Death Penalty
Our constitution specifically recognizes the death penalty, and John strongly supports the right of the people to impose this ultimate punishment upon those who commit heinous crimes. The prospect of a death sentence should also deter crime, but it can only do so if it is implemented justly, but swiftly. John will seek every legal avenue to ensure swifter enforcement of the death penalty.
